At www.drawdesign.dk you can only order items via our website. If you have any inquiries about products that are not on the page or need more information, you are always more than welcome to contact us by phone or e-mail.
Information on technical data and specifications from the manufacturer or from the seller’s website is for guidance only. The buyer is responsible for the selection of the service and for achieving the desired result with the purchase. Always check the manufacturer’s own website for the latest product data.
All prices on the website are in Danish kroner and incl. 25% VAT (On checkout page) and other taxes. The prices are daily prices, and are only valid within Denmark’s borders, excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland.

A binding purchase agreement has not been entered into with Drawdesign until you have received an order confirmation or invoice from Drawdesign.

If you pay with a debit card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system.
3. SHIPPING
We mainly deliver with Post Nord, GLS and other large shipping freight forwarder. They follow the business conditions of the carrier in question. This means that as soon as the package is under their auspices, they are responsible for the package arriving to destination unbroken and undamaged. If you receive a package that is clearly damaged, you should preferably refuse receipt of the shipment or note on the consignment note “received subject to later inspection and counting of the contents”. If you have received the shipment and discover a damage, please contact Drawdesign immediately and report the damage. We will take action accordingly. It is always a good idea to take some pictures of the whole shipment, of the consignment note thereon as well as of any damage. We are very happy to help in these cases, so feel free to send us all documentation and we will proceed with the case.
If the shipment is not picked up before the deadline from the carrier, the shipment will be returned to Drawdesign. The paid shipping price, if any, is deducted from the amount you will receive a refund.
Shipping prices:
Drawdesign ‘s business area is to sell different products and not running a freight business. Therefore, all shipping prices are having to pay by customer and if the purchase is above DKK 210 (excl VAT) then shipment is totally free.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Note
In consumer purchases, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at www.drawdesign.dk. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must confirm the withdrawal by notifying us by email or telephone. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
In the case of an agreement on regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the item. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Return shipment
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, you must bear the costs of returning the item, eg return shipping. Note that you are responsible for the delivery of the item as well as proper packaging. It is not a requirement, but it would be really appreciable to attached copy of invoice or order confirmation, registration and account number or other relevant documents during return shipping.
The condition of the item when you send it back.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to other handling than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use. If the delivery of Goods are made to your personal specifications or have a clear personal touch, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value. We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. The item must be without damage, without signs of wear, without scratches and in a clean and tidy condition if you want to be sure to get all your money back.

Packaging and responsibility for return shipping
Note – we do not accept packages sent per. cash on delivery or without delivery.
Drawdesign also encourages all products to be securely packed in suitable filling (e.g bubble wrap or other shock-absorbing material) and packed in a cardboard box so that the products cannot be damaged during transport.
It is in fact at the customer’s risk that the item is safely returned to Drawdesign .
You can also regret by refusing to receive the item from the carrier, however, we require that it be notified to us before, otherwise it will extend the processing time. You can also deliver the item in person at our address during the store’s opening hours, see opening hours at www.Drawdesign.dk
Refund of amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid (without delivery charges) to us back. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase will be deducted. As a rule, the amount is refunded to the same payment card with which the purchase was made, if this is not possible it can be refunded to your bank account. It is therefore important that we are informed of your bank’s registration and account number.
5. Compatibility
Drawdesign cannot be held responsible for compatibility problems as a result of changes in the size and color after customizing a product. All the information is already provided on website. So make sure before order read the detail specification of the product. Make sure picture for customizing on product should be clear and with good resolution otherwise Drawdesign would not be responsible for any bad quality result on the product.
6. Copyright for print design, disclaimer
(i) If the customer submits his own motif or has another influence on the product (text or design at personal request), the customer assures Drawdesign that the text and motif do not infringe the rights of third parties. Any copyright, personality or name infringement is the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer also assures that he / she, by means of the individualization of the product, does not violate the rights of others by third parties.
(ii) The customer releases Drawdesign from all claims and claims made due to violation of third party rights, insofar as the customer is responsible for the breach of duty. The customer reimburses Drawdesgin for all legal costs incurred and other damages.
7. Deviations in Design and Technical
Discrepancies in the descriptions and information in our brochures, catalogs and other written and electronic documents as to the nature, color, weight, dimensions, shape or similar characteristics of the substance, as far as these are reasonable to the contracting authority, in fulfilling the agreement. Expected changes may occur on the basis of normal fluctuations in the market and of technical production processes.
8. Data protection
Drawdesign processes the customer’s personal data for a specific purpose and in accordance with legal requirements. The personal data provided when ordering goods (such as name, e-mail address, address, payment data) is used by Drawdesign to fulfill and terminate the agreement. Drawdesign treats this data confidentially and does not pass it on to third parties who do not take part in the ordering, delivery and payment process. The customer has the right to request, upon request, free information about personal data that Drawdesign has stored about the customer. In addition, the customer has the right to have erroneous data corrected, blocking and deletion of his personally related data, as long as there is no legal storage obligation in the way of this.
